Crystal Solutions Pvt.Ltd has been operating from the first floor near Shivaji Chowk in Kulgaon, Thane for a while. Being right at the chowk means it’s always lively and there is always something going on outside our windows. We have a simple setup here. There are a few rows of computers and a small area where we keep our files. It is not one of those modern offices with bean bags or fancy coffee machines. We just have a kettle and some basic chairs. We spend our time working on various projects and dealing with technical stuff. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them, which is just part of the job. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too terrible compared to people going all the way into Mumbai. We are a small group and everyone knows everyone else’s business. We don't use big words or try to impress people with corporate talk. If someone asks what we do, we just tell them we work on computers and try to solve problems. The office can get a bit hot in the summer months, but we have a few fans that keep the air moving. It’s a practical place to work and we have been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name. We just focus on getting through the tasks on our list.
