Conceptia Technologies. This is the one with Bangalore in the name but we are actually located in Thane, Mumbai. Specifically at Kavyadhara, in the Yaman building, Flat 701. We’re on Kolshet Road, right near the TMC water tank. It’s a bit of a landmark for people trying to find the building. Being on the 7th floor gives us a bit of a view, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the screen all day. We do tech work, similar to the other branches. It’s a bit of a trek for some of us to get here, but the area is growing fast. The flat has been converted into a working space, so it has a homey feel but with more computers and cables everywhere. Sometimes the "Bangalore" part of the name confuses people who call us, but we just explain we’re the local team here in Thane West. It’s a pretty straightforward setup. We don’t have a big HR department or anything like that. Just a few of us working on various tech projects. We use the kitchen area for breaks and the living room area is where the main desks are. It’s practical for our needs. Kolshet Road has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings going up, but the water tank is still there. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
