We are based in Sanpada, in a building called Mahavir Sadhana. Our office is C 103, which is in Sector 14. It’s a fairly quiet spot for a business in Navi Mumbai, which we actually quite like. Cogitativum Ventures is a small operation, and we don’t try to pretend otherwise. The space is basically a few rooms where we sit with our laptops and try to figure things out. Mumbai City can be incredibly hectic, but this corner of Sanpada feels a bit more manageable. We don’t have a big sign or any flashy lights. Most people find us just by looking for the address in Sector 14. The 400705 pincode is our little slice of Maharashtra. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and chairs and the sound of typing. We don’t have a dedicated cleaning crew or anything like that; we just tidy up ourselves at the end of the day. It’s a very practical way to run a company. Sometimes we have meetings in the local cafes nearby because it’s nice to get out of the office for a bit. The lift in Mahavir Sadhana can be a little slow on Monday mornings, so we’ve learned to be patient. We aren't interested in being a giant corporation. We just want a steady place to do our work and handle our ventures without too much fuss or unnecessary overhead. It feels like a real, local office because that is exactly what it is.
