Chittaranjan Chandekar

My name is Chittaranjan Chandekar and I run things from Rambag Lane No.2. Specifically, I'm at B Avaas Apartments, Local 9. I also have a spot at Gaurav Apartment, but mostly you'll find me here in Kalyan. Being in Thane district means things are always moving fast. I’ve lived around here for quite some time, so I know the lanes well. The setup is pretty basic. It's an apartment turned into a workspace. It’s not some glass building in a business park. It's just a place where the work gets done every day. I handle the bits and pieces of the business by myself. Sometimes the neighbors in Rambag Lane ask what I'm up to, and I just tell them I'm keeping busy with my projects. It’s a practical way to work without too much overhead. I don’t use big words to describe what I do. I just show up and start the day. The two addresses keep me moving between them, but Local 9 is the main hub for now. If the stairs are a bit narrow, that’s just how these buildings are. It’s a real place with real people living all around. I like it that way. No fancy lobby or front desk, just me. It feels right for the kind of work I handle here. We just get on with it and try to finish things on time.
