This Capgemini India Consulting branch is located out in Ambernath West. We are in the Sai Kripa Co. Op Hsg Society, specifically Building B-2, Room 12. It’s right across from Bethel Church, which is the easiest way to find us. Ambernath is a bit further out from the main Mumbai city center, so it’s a different pace here. We do consulting work, but from this small local office. It’s not a big glass tower like the ones you see in the city. It’s a room in a housing society. We have our computers and some basic office furniture. Most of the people working here live nearby. We spend our time on various projects, mostly doing the backend stuff that keeps everything running. It’s a quiet place to work, usually. We don’t have any fancy amenities. There’s a tea stall nearby where we go for breaks. Being in the 421501 area means we’re part of a real neighborhood. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the office décor. We just focus on the tasks we’re given and try to meet our deadlines. It’s a very grounded way of working. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have big reports due. But mostly, it’s just a steady routine of coming in, doing the work, and heading home. We don't really have a big sign outside, so you have to look for Building B-2. It works for us.
