Cadetronics

Our shop, Cadetronics, is located at R-559 in the TTC Industrial Area of the MIDC in Rabate. This is a real industrial zone, so there are trucks moving and machines humming all around us. Our place isn't anything fancy. It is a workspace designed for electronics and technical jobs. We have workbenches with soldering irons, testers, and plenty of components scattered around. It is a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time bent over circuits or looking at screens. We do not have a corporate dress code; we just wear what is comfortable for working. The heat can be a bit much in the afternoons, but we have a few fans that keep the air moving. People from other units in Rabate often drop by if they have an electronic issue they cannot solve. We have some good chats over tea with the neighbors. We are not a big company with a lot of layers. If you call, you are likely talking to the person who will actually do the work. We try to be realistic about how long a repair or a project will take. Sometimes parts are hard to find, and we tell people that straight up. It is just a small team of us trying to do a good job in a busy industrial hub. We have been doing this for a while and like the work we get. Most days we are here until late.
