We are located in Office No 1 and 3 at Sandhya Chs Ltd. It’s right there in Subhash Tekadi, Ulhasnagar No 4. If you’re coming from Ambedkar Chowk, we are just a short walk away. We’ve been working out of these two offices for some time now. It’s a busy area and there’s always something happening outside on the streets. We handle a mix of infra and tech projects, but it really boils down to just being a local business in Thane. The office isn't anything too special, just a place where we sit down and get through the paperwork and planning. Sometimes it gets a little hectic when we have a lot of projects going at once. We know the area well, especially the little shops around the chowk. People often stop by just to ask questions or see what we’re up to. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with corporate talk. We just show up and do the work. It’s practical. We have some good guys on the team who know their way around a construction site. Being in Ulhasnagar No 4 means we see a lot of different people every day. It’s a good location for us. We just keep our heads down and try to finish our jobs on time without too much fuss. It is not always perfect, but we put in the effort every single day to make things work.
