Baskin Robbins

Our shop is located in Kandivali East along the Sarjapura Main Road, specifically at number 40/53. It’s a pretty straightforward setup with the big freezers that we have to keep running all the time. The main thing we do all day is keep the place cold and make sure the floors aren’t sticky. Since we are on the main road, we get a lot of dust coming in, so there is always someone with a cloth wiping down the glass. The evenings are usually the busiest when families come in after dinner or kids stop by after school. We spend a lot of time scooping and checking the temperatures on the displays. It can get a bit tiring standing behind the counter, but the air conditioning keeps it comfortable inside compared to the heat outside on the street. We have a routine of checking the stock every morning to see what’s running low. The Sarjapura road is always moving with cars and bikes, and we watch it all through the front window while waiting for customers. It’s not a big place, just enough room for the freezers and a few people to stand while they pick what they want. We don’t really change much around here, just keep the lights on and the bins empty. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for the weekend rush when everyone shows up at once and we have to move fast.
