Barkha Devi Ice Cream

You can find Barkha Devi Ice Cream at Shop No- 8 in the Janki Heritage building. We are located on the 150 Feet Road in Bhayander West. It’s a pretty good spot because we are quite near Maxus Mall, so there are always people walking around. The mall brings a lot of different people to this area. The shop itself isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. I spend most of my time behind the counter or checking the inventory. It gets really busy on the weekends when families go to the mall and then stop by here on their way home. We keep things pretty simple. There are no complicated menus or strange flavors, just the usual ones. The 150 Feet Road can get quite congested with traffic and honking cars, but it brings people right to our door. We’ve been in Janki Heritage for a while and have gotten to know the other shop owners nearby quite well. We help each other out when someone needs a hand with something. The floor is tiled and easy to clean, which is a good thing because ice cream can get messy when kids are around. We don't have a corporate office or a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just me and a couple of helpers who come in part-time. We make sure the stock is fresh and the customers are served quickly. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to scramble to keep everything from melting, but that’s just part of running a shop in Bhayander West. We are just a local business trying to do an honest job every single day.
