Ashida House is located at Plot No. A-308 on Road No. 21 in the Wagle Industrial Estate. It’s a pretty standard industrial area, so there is always a lot of activity and noise from the nearby units. We’ve been here for a long time, and the building itself has seen a lot of years. Inside, we focus on electronics, specifically things for power systems and protection. It’s a lot of technical work that requires everyone to keep their heads down and concentrate. The rooms can get a bit warm in the afternoons because of all the equipment we have running for testing. We have a mix of older staff who have been here forever and some newer faces too. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls; it’s a functional workspace with tools, boards, and wires everywhere. We handle everything from the initial design stuff to the final assembly right here at A-308. Most of our day is spent making sure the relays and other bits are working like they should. We don't have much time for fancy presentations. People usually just find us because they know we've been in Wagle Industrial Estate for ages. It’s a solid place to work, and we try to keep things moving along without too much drama. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have a big deadline, but we usually manage to get it all sorted out by the end of the shift.
