Apricus Ventures Llp

We have been working out of CBD Belapur for a while now. Our spot is located in the Agarwal Trade Centre, specifically Office 24A on Plot 62 in Sector 11. It is a pretty busy area with lots of people coming and going, but we like it here because it is easy to get to by train or bus. Most of our days involve a lot of paperwork and phone calls. We started Apricus Ventures Llp because we saw a way to handle things differently in this neighborhood. It isn't a fancy setup or anything polished, just a regular office where we get things done. People often drop by when they are in the building for other errands, and the desks usually have stacks of files on them. Being in Sector 11 means we are close to the station, which really helps with the morning commute. The team is small, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We do not really do the whole corporate suit-and-tie thing unless there is a very important meeting on the calendar. Usually, it is just us drinking coffee and looking at spreadsheets. We have had some long nights in this office when deadlines are tight. The building is a bit older but it works for us. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone we deal with. It is a decent place to build something, and we are just taking it one day at a time here.
