Ananya Ice Cream Parlour

Our shop is C 11 in Sierra Towers, which is in Kandivali East Sahar. The shop is not very big, but we have enough space for the freezers and a couple of people to stand around. Akurl is a busy spot, so we see kids coming in after school and families stopping by after dinner. The freezers hum all day long, which is a sound we have grown used to. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to worry about the stock melting, but usually, things run okay. We don't make the ice cream ourselves, we just sell the different flavors people ask for. We have the usual stuff like vanilla and chocolate, plus some others that change depending on what we can get. The floor gets a bit sticky when it’s busy, so we are always mopping up drips. It’s a simple shop with bright lights and a glass counter. Most people just take their cone or cup and walk around outside. We’ve been here at Sierra Towers for a while now, and the neighbors know us. It’s a nice little spot to be in, especially during the summer months when it’s hot outside. We don’t have fancy chairs, just a place to get something cold. We just keep the scoops clean and wait for the next customer to walk through the door and pick a flavor.
