Our office is at Paramos, which is part of the Vasant Lawns complex on Pokharan Road 2 in Thane. We’re on the fifth floor, room 503. It’s a nice area, quite a bit of green around compared to other parts of the city. We do career academy work and consultancy, which basically means we talk to a lot of students and people looking for jobs. It’s not a high-pressure environment here. We mostly just sit down and have honest conversations about what someone wants to do with their life. Some days we have a lot of people coming in and the waiting area gets a bit cramped. Other days it’s just us catching up on emails. We have some posters on the walls and plenty of chairs. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is good because Thane gets really hot. We’re not some big national firm; we’re just local people who know the job market around here. We handle a lot of registrations and forms for different exams and courses. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we manage. People like that they can just drop in and ask a question without it being a big deal. We don’t use a lot of complicated words.
