Aluplex India Private Limited

Our office is up on the sixth floor of the R-602 block in TTC, MIDC, over in Rabale. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always a lot of trucks and noise from the factories around us. Aluplex India has been operating out of this space for a while now. Most mornings start with the staff coming in and getting the coffee machine going while we look over the project drawings. The view from the office isn't much, just more industrial roofs and the main road, but it’s where we get everything done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at computer screens. Dealing with aluminum and glass projects means there’s always a lot of technical stuff to figure out. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when deadlines are close, but we manage. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls and lounge areas. It’s just a workspace where people sit and do their jobs. We have people coming in for meetings or to drop off samples. The elevator in the building sometimes acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s a busy place with a lot of moving parts. We’ve grown over the years, but it still feels like the same old office at the end of the day. We just keep our heads down and work. There are files everywhere and the printers are usually humming.
