ADVIZA CONSULTANCY LLP is based right out of Sector 11 in Navi Mumbai. We are located in the NL 5 building, specifically unit 11/5. It’s a pretty standard residential-style building setup, which actually makes it feel more like a community spot than a stiff corporate office. We’ve been around this part of Thane for a bit now, helping folks with consultancy stuff without making it overly complicated. Sector 11 is a nice area, fairly quiet compared to some other parts of Navi Mumbai, which suits us just fine. We don't go in for big advertisements or flashy signs out front. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We handle various consulting bits and pieces throughout the week. Sometimes it gets busy and the desk is a bit of a mess with files, but we know where everything is. It’s just a small team of us working here. We appreciate being close to home and not having to deal with a massive commute every morning. The building has its quirks, like any older place in Navi Mumbai, but it’s our base. We focus on the work at hand and try to be straightforward with anyone who walks through the door. It’s just about being practical and getting the consultancy work done right the first time. We enjoy the local vibe and being part of the everyday life here in Thane.
