Our office is tucked away at Number 5 in Runwal Estate, right behind R-Mall on Ghodbunder Road. It’s a decent spot, though the traffic on the main road can be a nightmare during rush hour. We spend most of our time coordinating service calls and talking to clients on the phone. The office isn't very big, so we’re all pretty close together. There are always toolkits and spare parts sitting on the floor waiting to be picked up by the technicians. We started this because there was a need for technical help in the Manpada area, and we just stayed. It’s not the kind of place where people just walk in off the street; we’re usually out at different sites most of the day. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the room. We have a lot of paperwork to deal with, especially with the service logs and billing, which is the boring part of the job. Sometimes the rains make it hard for the guys to get around on their bikes, so things get delayed. We try to be honest with people about when we can get there. It’s just a small team of us trying to keep things running smoothly for everyone who calls us.
