Accenture

Our office for Accenture is over in Jogeshwari West, right at 202 Noor Mahal. Being opposite Farooqa High School means we hear the kids during their break times and when school lets out. It makes the area quite lively, though S V Road traffic is usually a mess. We have been working out of this building for a while now. Inside, it’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of cables everywhere. It feels like a normal workplace where people just want to finish their shift and go home. We don’t have any fancy lounge areas or anything like that. The stairs can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them. Most of the staff here knows the local tea stall guy by name because we go there so often. It is a busy part of Mumbai, so there is always noise coming in from the street. We deal with various projects and sometimes stay late when things get piled up. The lighting in the back corner is a bit dim, but we make do with a desk lamp. It’s a practical setup for what we do every day. We don’t really do big meetings with lots of fanfare. It’s mostly just hushed conversations and the sound of typing. If you’re trying to find us, just look for the Noor Mahal building near the school. It’s a familiar landmark for everyone around here. Most people just walk past without noticing us.
