Bayer Material Science Pvt. Ltd is found inside Building C-195. We are right on Kolshet Road in Thane. Thane has changed a lot over the years, but this road is still a main part of our daily life. The building is one of those places that you might drive past without thinking twice about it. It’s just a solid, functional space. Being on Kolshet Road means we are close to everything we need, even if the traffic gets a bit backed up during the monsoon or rush hour. We spend our days inside C-195 just doing the usual things. There are quite a few people working here and we’ve all gotten pretty used to each other’s habits. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy art on the walls or leather chairs. We have what we need to get the job done and that’s about it. People in Thane know the area well, so giving directions isn't usually too hard. We just tell them to look for the building on Kolshet Road. It feels like a very local operation even though the name sounds a bit more formal. Most of us live nearby and we’ve seen the neighborhood grow up around the building. It’s just our regular workplace and we don’t try to make it seem like more than it is. It’s just a building in Thane where work happens. We like it. It works for us. It’s fine.
