We've been at Bayer House on Central Avenue for a while now. If you head over toward Hiranandani Estate in Thane West, you’ll find us right there. It’s a busy spot, but we like it. Most days here are spent dealing with different materials and science-based stuff that goes into making other products. It isn't always glamorous, but it keeps the lights on. The team is mostly local folks who have been around the block a few times. We don’t really go for those fancy corporate speeches you hear in the city. Instead, we just focus on getting the work done right. Sometimes the office gets a bit hectic when orders come in all at once, but we manage. You might see some of us grabbing a tea nearby during the break. We handle a lot of technical things, mostly related to polymers and plastics, but we try to keep the atmosphere down to earth. Working in Thane is nice because it’s a bit away from the main Mumbai rush, though the traffic on Central Avenue can still be a pain in the neck some mornings. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Buildings going up everywhere, but we’re still here doing our thing. It's just a regular workplace where people show up, do their jobs, and head home to their families. Nothing more, nothing less. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
