Priyanka Concrete Udyog

We’ve been over here in Tezpur near Dola Bari for quite a bit now. People around Somitpur usually just call us up when they need some concrete work done. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular yard where we keep the machinery and the materials ready for the next job. My cousin and I started this because we saw everyone building new houses but nobody had the right stuff nearby. Sometimes the trucks get a bit delayed when the roads are messy after the rain, but we try to get things moved as fast as we can. We don't have a big office or anything, just a small desk and a lot of dust. Most days it’s just us making sure the mix is right and checking the orders. It gets busy during the dry season. We handle the local deliveries ourselves mostly. If you’ve driven past Dola Bari you probably seen our gate. We keep it simple. No big speeches or ads, just local guys doing the heavy lifting. The sun gets pretty hot out here in the afternoons, but the work has to get finished. We’ve supplied a lot of the neighbors around here over the years. It’s hard work, but it keeps us going.
