Mahabeer Traders

Mahabeer Traders sits right near the Mohabhoirab Mandir. It’s a well-known landmark in the Mahabhoirab area, so we often tell people to just look for the temple. We’ve been trading here for quite a few years. The mornings are usually the busiest time because people are out doing their shopping and visiting the temple. We deal with various goods that people need for their daily lives or their own small businesses. It’s a lot of moving crates and checking lists. We don’t have a website or anything like that. Most of our business is done face-to-face with people we’ve known for a decade. The building we are in is older, but it holds everything we need. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit muddy, but that doesn't stop anyone. We just put out some extra mats. The atmosphere around Mahabhoirab is pretty traditional. We like that. It’s a place where everyone knows everyone else’s name. We aren't interested in being some big corporation. We just want to make sure the folks who come to us get what they need without any fuss. It’s simple work, but it keeps us on our feet. We usually close up when the sun goes down and the temple lights come on. It’s a nice way to end the day, listening to the evening prayers while we lock up the shutters.
