Our place is out on the Pollachi Highway, at number 15 inside the Scad Knowledge City area. It’s a bit of a drive for some, but once you get here, there’s a lot of space. The wind usually picks up in the afternoons across the open grounds. We have several buildings scattered around the property. Most of the staff live nearby or commute from the city, so there’s always someone coming or going. The hallways are wide, and we try to keep the windows open when the weather allows for some fresh air. You’ll mostly find us in the classrooms or hanging out by the main entrance during the morning rush. The desks are the heavy wooden kind, and the chalkboards still get a lot of use even with the newer tech we’ve got. We don't have a lot of flashy signs or anything like that. It’s mostly just the sounds of shoes on the tiles and the occasional bell. Lunchtime is when the place really wakes up, with everyone heading to the dining area. The kitchen staff stays busy from early morning getting things ready. It’s a long day for most of us, starting before the sun is fully up and staying until the last bus leaves the highway. We’ve had to fix the roof a couple of times after the monsoon rains, but the building holds up well enough. It feels like a small village here sometimes because we are a bit isolated.
