Jourwin Matrix is over at No.13/202-21 in Saral Nagar, Kallurani. It’s a bit of a quiet area compared to some of the bigger cities, and we actually like that. It lets us focus on what we’re doing without too many distractions. The office is a modest setup. We’ve got the basics covered—good internet, some desks, and a lot of patience. We aren’t some big multinational with a hundred employees. It’s just a small team of us trying to make things work. We spend a lot of time on our projects, often staying late when the work demands it. Kallurani is a decent place to be based. The neighbors are friendly and it feels like a real community. We didn't start this company to get rich quick or anything like that. We just wanted to do our own thing and have a bit of control over our work life. It’s been a ride so far, with plenty of ups and downs. Most days involve a lot of problem-solving and a fair amount of coffee. We don’t really have a sales team or anything like that. We just let the work speak for itself and try to be honest with the people we deal with. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. We’re glad to be here in Saral Nagar and hope to keep things going for a long time. It isn't always easy, but we make it work.
