Srividya Pidishetty

We are based in Chavali, which is a small post in the Vemuru mandal of Guntur district. Srividya Pidishetty is the name behind this little venture. It’s a rural area, so things don’t happen as quickly as they might in a big city. We like it that way. The post office is nearby, and that’s where we get most of our mail and send out our stuff. Life in Andhra Pradesh can be quite busy during the harvest season, but our work keeps going year-round. We don't have a big corporate office. It’s more of a home-based setup where everyone knows each other. Sometimes we sit on the porch to discuss the day's tasks while the sun goes down. The internet can be slow occasionally, so we've learned to be patient with the technology. We don't have a bunch of rules or a strict dress code. We just wear what is comfortable and get to work. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for years. We don't feel the need to shout about what we do. We just do it. If someone needs help, they know where to find us. It’s a very personal way to run things. We value the relationships we have with the people in Chavali. It’s about trust and being part of the village more than anything else.
