Kurela Estate

Kurela Estate is located at 2-842 in the Vemavaram area of Machavaram. It’s a quiet spot compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. Our office is part of the local community here. We handle a lot of agricultural land and small houses in the village and the surrounding fields. Most days, we are out visiting farmers or looking at the borders of a new plot. We don't have a lot of fancy technology. We rely on what we see with our own eyes and the old records kept in the village. People around here know us by name, and they usually just walk in when they want to talk about a piece of land. We have a bench outside where people sit and wait if we are busy. The pace of life is a bit slower in Machavaram. We spend time talking about the crops and the rain as much as we talk about property prices. Paperwork can be a slow process here, but we stay on top of it. We don't use big fancy words or try to push people into things they don't need. If a house needs a lot of work on the roof or the walls, we make sure to mention it. We’ve lived here all our lives, so we care about keeping a good reputation with our neighbors. It’s just simple living and honest dealing for us.
