We are over at 2/1/234 on Grand Trunk Road in Autonagar. It’s a busy spot here in Gunturvari Thota, and we have been working from this office for a good while now. Most people know the area because of the traffic and the shops around. We handle property stuff, mostly helping people find houses or land around Guntur. It isn't a fancy office with big glass walls, just a regular place where we sit and talk to folks about what they need. Sometimes the days are really slow and we just sit and drink tea, and other days it feels like everyone is looking for a new plot at the same time. We know the local streets well because we spend so much time driving around checking on different sites. If you are near Autonagar, you probably pass us all the time without thinking much of it. We try to keep things simple here without too much paperwork drama, though some paperwork is always needed. People stop by to ask about prices or just to see what’s available in the neighborhood. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us doing the daily work of real estate. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. New buildings go up and old ones get renovated. It’s just how things go around here on the main road. We are usually here until late evening.
