Aitya Institute Of Technology Management

Down here in K. Kotturu, things are usually pretty quiet until the students show up. Aitya Institute Of Technology Management is basically our daily life. We spend a lot of time in the classrooms or the computer lab. It’s not like those big city universities you see on TV. We’re more focused on just getting people ready for actual jobs. Most of the staff here live nearby, so we all know each other well. In the mornings, we open up the doors and get the systems running before the first batch arrives. Sometimes the internet is slow, and everyone gets a bit frustrated, but we find other things to teach until it comes back. We’ve got desks that have seen better days, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the learning happens anyway. It’s rewarding to see someone finally understand a tough concept. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. People mostly find out about us through word of mouth. On hot afternoons, we usually take a longer break when the sun is at its worst. It’s just a regular place where we try to pass on what we know about technology and management. Nothing too complicated about it. We just show up, do the work, and hope the students find it useful for their future. It is a bit of a commute for some, but they still make it.
