Tapi Agri-Business Producer Company Limited is situated in Nava Faliya, right in the heart of Dolvan. This part of Tapi district is very green, especially during the monsoon season. Our office is combined with the post office area, so we are always seeing people coming to pick up their mail. It is a small village setup where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We have a few desks pushed together and a lot of maps of the local taluka hanging up. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. Farmers from the neighboring villages often drop by on their tractors to talk about the latest business prices. We hear the birds in the trees outside all day long. It is a very different vibe than being in a city. We deal with everything from seeds to sales right here in this little building. The atmosphere is very casual. Sometimes people just come in to sit for a bit and escape the sun. We keep a stack of old newspapers in the corner for anyone to read. Working in Dolvan means being part of the local life, and we are right in the middle of it in Nava Faliya. It is just a group of us trying to make things work better.
