You can find us right behind the RTO office in Mysore. We are on Vanivilas Road, specifically at 1127/2A on the 1st Cross in Chaajpuram. It’s a busy little area. The sound of bikes and cars going to the RTO is pretty constant throughout the day. Our office isn't anything spectacular to look at from the street, but it serves us well. Inside, the rooms are a bit cramped because we have so many maps and documents stacked up on the shelves. The light in the afternoon hits the front window quite hard. We usually have a few people coming in and out, asking for directions or looking for our sign. The floor is that old-style tile that stays cool even when it’s hot outside. We don’t have a big team here, just a few of us sitting at wooden desks. We try to keep things tidy but sometimes the paperwork piles up more than we would like. It’s a local operation. We know the guy who sells snacks at the corner. Mysore has a certain pace, and we definitely feel that here. We aren't in a rush to look like a high-tech startup. We just handle the business of Sobha Developers from this specific spot. The 1st Cross is a bit narrow, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We just make do with the space we have and keep our heads down. It’s honest work in a familiar part of town.
