Art Foundations

Our place, Art Foundations, is located right on Velachery Main Road in Sembakkam. You can't really miss it if you are near the Sembakkam Bus Stop, we are at No 189 A. It is a busy part of the city, but being close to the bus stop makes it easier for people to find us without getting lost in the backstreets. We do foundational work here, which isn't always the most glamorous job, but it is necessary for anything that’s going to be built to last. The office is usually a bit messy with paperwork and site plans everywhere. That’s just the way we work. Chennai is always expanding, and Sembakkam is no different, so there is usually something going on around here. We are just a group of people who know how to handle the heavy lifting of foundation planning. We don't spend much time on fancy marketing or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who know us or see our sign while waiting for the bus. It gets loud outside with the traffic on the main road, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything is solid before the next stage of building starts. It’s a practical business, and we keep things pretty simple around here. No big corporate meetings, just regular work days at the 600073 address. We stay busy with the local projects and try to keep things moving forward.
