We’ve set up our operations at Plot No-3-C in the Taloja M.I.D.C. area. It’s a big industrial zone out in Raigarh, and it’s where all the action is for chemical companies like ours. The roads can be a bit rough with all the heavy trucks passing through, but it’s the right place for the kind of work we do. We don't have a glossy reception area or anything like that. Our office is mostly just a desk in the corner of the plant where we keep the logs and the shipping manifests. Most of the day is spent on the floor, making sure the processes are running correctly. It can get pretty loud and hot, especially during the summer months, but that’s just how it goes in Taloja. We have a small group of people who have been with us for years. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy promises. We just make our chemicals and get them out to the people who need them. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them ourselves, and sometimes we’re ahead of schedule. It’s just real life in an industrial park. Chemspec Chemicals Pvt. Ltd is a place where we work hard and don't worry too much about how we look to the outside world. We just focus on doing a job every single day and making sure the gate is locked before we head home. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until night.
