This is the franchiser office run by Pawan Singh, who is the son of Shri Dhramnath Singh. We are located right on the Main Road in Surajpur, Surguja. Being in Chhattisgarh, it is a bit of a different pace than the big cities. The office is a simple one, right where the main traffic passes through town. We handle the bank's work as a franchiser, so we are like a bridge for the people here. It is not a huge team, just a few of us who know the local area and the people who live here. We see a lot of folks coming in from the nearby villages when they have business in town. The office is mostly just desks and some cabinets for the files we have to keep. We do not have any flashy advertisements or polished corporate talk. We just tell people how it is and help them with their banking needs. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait it out, or it gets really dusty from the road outside. That is just life in Surajpur. We are glad to be on the Main Road because it makes it easy for everyone to find us. We take our work seriously but we keep the atmosphere light. It is just us doing our jobs for the bank and helping the community out. We focus on getting the papers signed and the accounts opened without any trouble.
