Shree Chamunda Krupa

If you are ever in Bed Village, you will probably see Shree Chamunda Krupa right near the bus stand. It is a very convenient spot because so many people gather there while they are waiting for their transport to arrive. We get to see folks from all over the area, and even some strangers who are just traveling through this part of the country. The shop is a small, family-run place where we try to keep a bit of everything on hand. It’s not very big, so we have to be careful with how we stack things on the shelves. There is often a lot of dust because of all the buses pulling in and out, so we spend a good amount of time cleaning and sweeping. We don't have a big staff, just the family members taking turns to look after the customers. It can be a long day, starting early when the first bus arrives and staying late until the last one leaves. We’ve become a bit of a fixture at the bus stand over the years. We aren't trying to be anything fancy or corporate. We just want to be a reliable place where someone can grab what they need before they hop on their bus. It’s a noisy and busy way to spend the day, but we like talking to the travelers and hearing their stories.
