If you are looking for Pioneer Machine Tools, we are tucked away behind Zeltop Ceramic. It’s a bit of a tricky spot to find if you’re not from around here, but most folks use Chintan Vidyalaya as a landmark. Being on Juna Ghutu Road means we see a lot of trucks and heavy vehicles passing by all day. Our shop isn't very big, but we pack it full of machine parts and equipment. It stays pretty dusty because of the road, so we spend a lot of time wiping things down. We started this place because there was a need for these specific tools in this part of town. It’s mostly just us working here, handling the orders and talking to the regulars who come in from the nearby workshops. We don’t have a website or anything like that, just a phone that rings quite a bit. Sometimes the school nearby gets loud when the kids are out, which is a nice break from the noise of the machinery. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can look like a bit of a mess. That’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with heavy iron and steel. We know most of our customers by name and they know we’ll give them a straight answer about what we have in stock. It’s a plain business, but it keeps us on our feet.
