Rudra Machine Industries

Rudra Machine Industries is tucked away in Moon Nagar, right on Panchasar Road. We are pretty close to the Geeta Oil Mill, which is usually how people find us if they have never been to this part of town before. The smell from the oil mill is a constant part of our workday. Our workshop is where all the actual work happens. It is filled with lathes, drills, and various metal parts scattered all over the benches. We do not have a slick office or a lobby. Usually, you just walk straight into the work area from the street. It is a bit messy, but we know where every tool is kept. The floor is concrete and usually has a few oil stains here and there. We have been operating out of this spot because the rent is reasonable and it is close to where most of us live. The mornings are usually spent planning out the day’s tasks over a quick cup of tea. We aren't doing anything revolutionary here; we just make and repair machine parts for people who need them. It is a lot of measuring, cutting, and grinding. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to fix our own tools before we can finish a customer's job. That is just part of the life here. We do not have a website or a big sign. Most of our customers are other local shop owners who have been coming to see us for years.
