Anmol Food Processing

Our facility is located right behind Marvel Dehydration on Water Works Road. We are situated opposite Balaji Ginning, which is a big landmark around here, and we are very close to the Gidc area and National Highway No. 8. Being so close to the highway means it's easy for the trucks to find us, but it also means there is always a layer of road dust on everything outside. Anmol Food Processing is a family-run thing. We have been working in this spot for several years now. The shed we work in is quite large, but it still gets crowded when we have a big shipment of raw materials coming in. We spend a lot of our time overseeing the machines that do the washing and cutting. It’s a noisy environment and we have to shout sometimes to be heard over the motors. My day starts early and usually doesn't end until the sun is long gone. We keep a simple kitchen in the back where we all have tea and lunch together. It feels more like a workshop than a big factory. We don't have a lot of fancy signs or a big lobby. If you want to find us, you just look for the gate across from the ginning factory. We are just regular people trying to do a decent job with the food we process here, and we hope the rain stays away during the loading times.
