We've been at the Varachha Road spot for a while now, right opposite Sarvoday Sahkari Bank. If you're coming from the railway garnala side, you'll find us pretty easily in Khand Bazar. It’s a busy area, but it works for what we do. People mostly come in because they're worried about their shops or homes and need cameras or some kind of alarm setup. We just handle the technical side of things, getting the wires right and making sure the screens show what they're supposed to. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard for customers to park, but we usually figure something out. It’s mostly just us working through the day, fixing sensors or explaining how the recording box works to people who aren't great with tech. We don't do anything fancy, just standard security setups that people ask for. The shop gets a bit dusty with all the construction nearby, but we keep the equipment clean. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or out at a site nearby. If you walk past the bank, you’ll see our sign. It isn't a huge place, but we have enough room for the tools and some stock. We try to be straightforward about what a system can actually do and what it can’t. Usually, folks just want to know their place is watched when they're at home. We just do the work and move on to the next job. It’s been that way for years.
