We are right on the Main Road, shop number 82/2, across from the Katargam Police Station. It’s a good spot because everyone knows where the station is. Our shop is full of boxes, wires, and cameras. We spend a lot of our time out at people’s houses or businesses fitting locks and setting up cameras, so the shop is sometimes just a base for us. It’s a small space, mostly used for storing equipment and testing things out before we install them. We have a small workbench in the back where we tinker with the hardware. Sometimes it’s a bit messy with wire clippings on the floor. People come in to ask about how to keep their places safe, and we just show them what we have on the shelf. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy tech talk. It’s just about making sure the doors lock and the cameras record. Being near the police station is handy for directions. We’ve been here for several years now. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you usually talk to the same two or three people every time you call. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just do the work and hope people tell their friends. It’s a busy street, so there is always a lot of traffic outside our door. Sometimes we have to close the shop early to go to an install.
