Western Group

Our place is on the first floor of the Western Som Chintamani building on Caves Road in the Adajan area. It’s a well-known spot around here. We’ve been working out of this office for quite some time now. The building is usually quite busy with other businesses, so there’s always a bit of a buzz in the hallways. Being on the first floor is handy because we don’t have to wait for the elevator most of the time. Adajan is a part of town that has seen a lot of new people moving in lately. We mostly focus on the properties around the Caves Road area and the neighboring streets. The office is just a regular room with some desks and a lot of papers. We aren't big on decorations; we just have what we need to get the work done. A lot of our day is spent talking to neighbors and keeping an eye on which shops or houses are coming up for rent. We know the local tea stall downstairs pretty well, and that’s where we usually take our breaks. It’s a straightforward kind of business. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We just know this corner of Adajan really well and we help people with their property needs whenever they drop by. It’s a solid place to work from, and we’ve gotten used to the daily routine of the building and the street outside.
