Vibhusha Boutique

Our little spot is over in Green City, specifically in Building 5/E. If you know the Pal Bhatha area, you know it is a part of town that is growing fast. We are in unit 1/604. It is a bit different being on a higher floor for a boutique, but it works out for us. It is much quieter up here than it would be down on the main road. We spend most of our mornings checking the stitching on things and making sure the fabric looks right. Most of the people who come to see us are living nearby or they heard about us from a neighbor. We aren't a big showroom with fancy displays. It is more of a workspace where the clothes actually get made. Sometimes the thread gets tangled or the machines act up, and we just have to stop and fix it. Working in Pal Bhatha has its own rhythm. This space is where we spend almost all of our daylight hours. Usually, there is a pile of lace or some half-finished outfits sitting on the big table. We don't have a big staff here, just a couple of us doing the daily work. It feels more personal that way. People come in, sit down on the chairs, and we talk about what they want. It is a simple setup with no big marketing stuff, just us and our needles and thread. It gets very busy during the wedding months.
