Vedanti Pvt Ltd

Our office is out in Chelekere Village, over at 41276 6B Main. If you aren't from around Jhampa, you might get a bit lost trying to find us because the street signs aren't the best around here. Vedanti Pvt Ltd has been operating from this spot for a few years now. It’s not a corporate building with a glass front or a receptionist at a big desk. It’s more like a converted house with a few rooms where we keep our files and computers. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff that people don't really see. There are about five of us who show up every morning around nine. The commute is a bit of a hassle because of the traffic on the main road, but once you get into the village area, it’s a lot quieter. We have a small porch where we sit and have our lunch. Sometimes the neighbors’ dogs come by looking for scraps. We do a lot of paperwork and phone calls, mostly dealing with suppliers and making sure things are moving where they need to go. It’s a lot of routine work, checking spreadsheets and answering emails that seem to never end. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just making sure the business stays afloat and everybody gets paid on time. It’s a decent place to work if you don't mind the quiet and the occasional power cut that slows us down.
