Mox Impex is located at 104 Mini Bazar on Varachha Road in Surat. If you know Surat, you know how busy Varachha Road can be. Mini Bazar is always full of people and noise. Our office is right in the middle of all that energy. Being in a market area means we are always close to the action. We deal with a lot of local traders and international clients. Most of our time is spent on the phone or checking the stock. The office is small, just enough for the computers and some filing cabinets. We have been here for a while and we are used to the constant sound of traffic outside. It is a practical place to run an import-export business because everything is nearby. We don't have a big sign or a fancy entrance. People usually find us by the room number. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for deliveries to arrive. Sometimes things are late because the road is blocked, but that is just part of living in Surat. We handle the paperwork ourselves and keep things moving as fast as we can. It is a simple life of buying and selling across borders. We don't make it more complicated than it needs to be. Just a regular business in a very busy bazaar.
