We are located at A- 21 Trikam Nagar. It is a quiet enough spot compared to some of the bigger industrial zones. We run an import and export business from this address. It isn't a massive operation with a lot of staff. Usually, it is just a couple of us handling everything from the morning till the evening. We have a small space where we keep our samples and the paperwork. Most of our work involves calling people and arranging for things to be moved from one place to another. We spend a lot of time worrying about shipping dates and whether the trucks will show up on time. Trikam Nagar is a nice place to work because we know the people in the next building. We often share a cup of tea in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. We don't have any corporate slogans or big meetings. We just look at what needs to be done for the day and we do it. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to wait around to send our emails, which can be frustrating. We try to keep things simple and honest. We don't use any complicated systems, just some basic computers and our notebooks. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up to a full day. We are just a local business trying to keep the wheels turning without making things too complicated for ourselves.
