We’ve been working out of F-34 Sarthi Complex on Varachha Road for several years now. It’s a busy area and the traffic can be a real nightmare during the rush hour. We mostly handle different types of import and export goods. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and a lot of stacks of paper everywhere. We aren’t a big company with a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us buried in work. There are about five of us who handle everything from the orders to the shipping labels. We spend a lot of time on the phone with various vendors and logistics people. Sometimes things go smoothly and other times a shipment gets stuck somewhere for no good reason. That’s just part of the business we are in. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused while we check over the manifests. It isn't very glamorous, but it’s how we make our living. We try to be as honest as possible with the people we work with. If a delivery is going to be late, we just say so. We don't like using big words or making promises we can't keep. If you come by the Sarthi Complex, you'll probably see us arguing with a delivery driver or trying to fix the printer. It’s a bit chaotic but we like it that way and our regulars seem used to it.
