Our office is located at Plot No. 65/10, specifically in room 304-A of the Sai Plaza Building. It’s right opposite the Telephone Exchange Road, which is always a hive of activity. Being in the cargo business, we are used to the constant sound of traffic and the big trucks rumbling past. The building itself is a bit older, and our office is on the third floor. It’s not a massive space, just enough for a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a place to sit if someone drops by. We spend a lot of time on the phone, coordinating with drivers and checking where shipments are. There’s usually a map pinned to the wall with some handwritten notes on it. We aren't big on digital systems for everything; we still like our paper logs and notebooks. The road outside can get very dusty, so we keep the windows shut most of the time and rely on the AC units. We get a lot of walk-ins from people in the neighborhood who need things moved across the state or further. We don't do much marketing or have a fancy website. Most of our work comes because we’ve been here for a long time and people trust the guys behind the desk. It’s a lot of logistics and timing, and sometimes things get delayed, but we just deal with it as it comes. It is a straightforward business for us.
