Maa Ambe Kirana Store And Money Transfer is located at Plot No 88-89 in Sai Nagar Society, over in Alandur. It’s a double plot, so we have a bit of space for the groceries and the money transfer counter. We’ve been a part of Sai Nagar Society for a long time now. Most of the people who come in are our neighbors who need a few things for their kitchen or need to send some money back home. It’s a simple shop. We keep the shelves stocked with the usual stuff like rice, flour, and soap. It can get pretty busy in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work and stops by for milk or eggs. We don't have a website or any fancy advertisements. We just put a sign out front and open the doors early in the morning. Sometimes we stay open quite late if people are still coming by. It’s hard work, standing behind the counter all day, but it’s what we do. Sometimes local children come in for a bit of candy, and we enjoy seeing them grow up over the years. Alandur is a friendly enough place, and we like being here. We don't try to be the biggest store around. We just want to make sure we have what the local families need. There's no corporate talk here, just regular conversations about the weather or the news. Maa Ambe is just a local business trying to serve the folks living in Sai Nagar.
