We’re over at 26 Tirupati Society, just behind the Dindayal Society on Palanpur Road in Surat. It’s a good location for us, tucked away from the heaviest traffic but still easy to reach. We’ve been here for a long time, and the society has changed a bit over the years, but our little spot stays the same. The office is basically just a few rooms where we manage all the engineering work. We have blueprints and sketches lying around most of the time. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We don't believe in having a perfect-looking office if it means we aren't actually working. Most of the guys here wear casual clothes because we’re often going back and forth between the desk and the field. Surat is a busy city, and being on Palanpur Road means we see a lot of activity. We usually start early in the morning to beat the heat. We don't have any fancy marketing people or a big sales team. It's just us, doing the technical stuff and making sure the projects are on track. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall down the street. It’s a very simple operation. We focus on the practical side of things. If something breaks, we fix it. That’s just how we operate at Tirupati Society. It’s a solid, honest place to work, and we plan to stay here for many more years to come.
