Universal Exim Ltd.

Our office is located in the Silver Spring Apartment building, specifically in unit 301 B. We are right across from the Shree Ram Petrol Pump in the Adajan area. It’s a nice enough spot, though the traffic near the petrol pump can get a bit loud during rush hour. At Universal Exim Ltd., we handle a lot of the back-and-forth involved in international trade. It is a lot of coordination between different parties. Our office feels a bit like a home because it’s in an apartment building, which makes it feel a little less cold than a big glass tower. We have some comfortable chairs and plenty of space for our files. Usually, we start the day by catching up on what happened overnight with the shipping schedules. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just making sure the containers get where they need to be. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and sometimes share snacks. It’s a pretty relaxed environment, but we stay busy with the emails and phone calls. Sometimes we have to stay late if a shipment is stuck somewhere, but that's just part of the job. Adajan is a good place to be based, with plenty of shops nearby if we need anything. We just focus on the daily grind and keeping our records straight. We don't make a big fuss about things, just keep working.
