Working out of Green Park Industrial Estate in Sachin is always an experience. Our place at Plot No. B-123-124 is right across from Madhav Park, so at least we have a bit of a view of some trees. Unique Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s an industrial area, so there is always the sound of machines or trucks backing up on Um Road. We do technical work, which usually means a lot of focus and sometimes a bit of frustration when things don't go right. The office part is mostly just desks covered in papers and spare parts. We aren't the type to wear suits or have big meetings. Usually, we are just in our work clothes trying to figure out a problem for a client. Lunch is usually something quick we grab from a nearby stall or bring from home. The heat in the afternoon can be a bit much, but the fans keep the air moving. We’ve been in this spot for a good while and the other business owners around here are like friends now. We just handle the technical stuff that comes our way and try to stay on top of the schedule. It’s a lot of manual work mixed with some thinking, and that’s how we like it. The days go by fast when you have a backlog of projects to finish and things to fix.
