We operate out of H-12 in Rajeshwer Plaza. It’s a decent building with a mix of different shops and offices. We’ve been in this unit for quite some time now. Our daily routine involves a lot of back-and-forth with suppliers and customers. We deal with various imported and exported items. The office is fairly small, so things can get a bit tight when we have boxes stacked up. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It’s just a few of us here, and we’ve all been working together for a long time. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We spend a lot of time checking quality and making sure the counts are right. It’s boring work for some, but it’s important to us. Sometimes we have to head out to the warehouse or the port, so the office might be empty for a couple of hours. We try to keep things simple and avoid any unnecessary complications. We aren't interested in being some high-flying corporate entity. We just want to do our jobs, go home to our families, and come back the next day to do it again. It’s a quiet life and a steady business. We've been around Jtl Impex long enough to know how things go.
